Order and Delivery



Unfortunately it is not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to make any changes, please contact us.


Please contact us through the form if you receive a damaged or poorly packaged delivery, be it the wrong size or wrong products. We will do everything possible to correct our mistake. We will either replace the products or proceed to refund, depending on what is most convenient for you. Please provide us with your order ID number.



If a requested item is not in delivery, please contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

Important: Please indicate your order number.
In some cases, please note that your order may arrive in several different packages or on different dates.


All the products of our current collection are displayed on our website. In case that there is no stock of a specific product, it will be notified on the product page.

In the unlikely event of discrepancies between the website and the stock in our warehouse, you will be notified via email and you will receive a refund for the undelivered products.


Please check the spam folder. The confirmation email may be mistaken for spam.
The confirmation order is generally sent immediately. There may be delays on certain occasions. 24 hours after purchase, if you have not received any confirmation, please contact us to check that everything is correct with your order.




Do you represent a registered company that wants to buy Envaso Innova s.l. products for friends, events or gifts for your clients? We offer you payment with invoice for orders of 50 units or higher. Please send the following information to clientes@envaso.com:

  • Name of the company, VAT Number, Invoicing Address
  • Country
  • Contact Details e.g: Name and Surname, phone contact, and email address
  • Purpose of the large order; p.ej. giveaways for an event
  • Other relevant information like preferred style, size, colours… etc.

We will contact you as son as possible. In order to receive an answer on time, please, be sure that you include all the relevant information. It is very important that you include all the details and information, otherwise the order might be dismissed.



After receiving the tracking number of your order, please enter the tracking number in the “parcel label number” field and see where exactly your order is. Another way to track your order is through the email you will receive. The tracking number may take a few days to be delivered to you.

The estimated delivery time for your order in Standard shipping is 10 to 12 days. Please keep in mind that it is calculated in business days (Monday to Friday). All orders are sent by regular mail, please note that the exact delivery time depends on your local mail service.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, it will most likely be delayed a bit and will prohbably arrive in the next few days.

If the delay is more than five days from the estimated delivery time and you have not received your order, please contact us so we can help you.





All orders are shipped by post from our warehouse. Delivery time depends on the destination country.

Delivery time to Spain is 7 business days. However, keep in mind that it is an estimate time and depends on the postal service of the destination country.

You can also pick up your order at a postal service point or at your nearest office. You must select this option when you place the order.



If you cannot place or pay for an order on our website, please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure to remove all special characters (eg / (& € * #) in the form and change all letters to classic Roman letters (u y z c d r s) if necessary. Make sure you have filled in all required fields.
  2. It may be that some items in your shopping cart were out of stock while you were placing the order. Please refresh your browser. If a message appears stating that your item (s) is (are) out of stock, please remove out of stock items by clicking the little X next to each item.
  3. If you are placing an order with a mobile device, try switching to a computer.
  4. Try to clear your browser’s cookies and cache. If this doesn’t work, try switching browsers.
  5. The country of destination of the package determines the regional website in which the purchase has to be made. To make sure you order on the correct regional website, please choose the correct flag in the footer of our website.
  6. Your bank may reject payment attempts on our website. Please contact your bank to find out if this is the case and to help you unblock your credit card so you can try again.

Colours on the web

We photograph all our products with the objective of getting an image that is as similar to reality as possible. Sometimes computer screens and screen settings vary, so we cannot guarantee that the products on your screen will be the same colour as the ones you receive. Even so, the difference is usually almost unnoticeable.


You must use the product search bar located at the top right of the website, or the search tool in the drop-down menu if you use a mobile device.


To search for a specific product:

  1. Please enter the item name or item number in the product search bar at the top right of our website.
  2. All the results that match your search will be displayed. Then you can select the desired one and it will lead you to its description.
  3. If you cannot find your preferred item, it may mean that it is not available at this time, so we will try to replace it as soon as possible.

The prices you see next to our Happy Masks products are indicated in euros and include shipping costs.

Prices include VAT.

There are no customs or import charges in the EU. Orders to countries of the European Union are subject to VAT. This amount is already included in the price.
